The Wolf's Library
Listen!!
Listen!
The Wolf, it mourns
Saddened,
In deep forlourn.

Listen!
The Eagle cries
Watches,
With preying eyes.

Listen!
The owl awakes
Flying,
O'er shadowed lakes.

Listen!
The Wind, it whirls
Dances,
It jumps and twirls.

Listen!
Rises silver moon
Echoes,
A lonely loon.

Listen!
The mountains awake
Flaming,
False dawns they make.

Listen!
Nature is there
Dying,
In shadowed lair.

Storm
Darkened Storms
Hark the Skies
Lightning Flashes,
Thunder Cries.

Total Chaos,
Breaks the World
Angry Funnels,
Shriek and Whirl.

The Storm is Here,
In Hurricane Force
Destruction Borne,
To All in Course.

The Hunter
A deepened, lonely woods,
Set forth against the night
Where living columns filter,
All but the strongest light.

Shadows set on shadows,
A whisper of a breeze
A lonely owl flies,
Through ever thicker trees.

A single, silent hunter,
That rides the winds of time
Pauses as it catches scent,
Of prey amidst the pine.

The cougar crouches, motionless,
Upon a mountain high.
Tow'ring high above the plains,
Beneath a saphire sky.
