        The Chart of the United States of America is much debated.

        These USA charts are from the NCGR Journal for Fall 1997. It has two

        I have used the different charts for July 4th, 1776 and
        after many years comparing the various war charts to it, I
        have settled on the 2:21pm - Scorpio Rising Chart as the one
        that works the best for me.

        The U.S. Treasury has been issuing one hundred dollar
        bills with Benjamin Franklin on the front, and the historic
        Independence Hall on the back, which is the location of the
        signing of the Declaration of Independence. The keen
        observer will note that the clock tower shows 2:21 in
        the afternoon, the time of the signing, and the birth
        moment of these United States.
