Breakfast at Tiffany's

Breakfast at Tiffany's was made in 1961 and a product of Paramount Pictures. It was directed by Blake Edwards and starred, Hepburn, George Peppard, Buddy Ebsen, Patricia Neal, Martin Blasam, Mickey Rooney, Jose-Luis Villagonga, and John McGiver.
This is a romantic comedy in which Holly Golightly (Hepburn) is a New York call girl used by some New York criminals as an innocent messenger. She struggles between her need for luxury, especially at the famous Tiffany's and low income. An author, Paul Varjak (Peppard) moves in to the apartment below Ms. Golightly and falls for the spirited girl. After a few trials and tribulations, the two end up together along with Holly's cat, Cat.

This film was awarded by the Academy for Best Song, Moon River, Best Drama/Comedy Score, and was nominated for Best Actress, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Art Direction-Set Decoration.
