Anxiety

A tightness in the organs from a source unknown

Discomfort, a stirring up of the entrails

Fear rules, overwhelmed not ever taking any risks

Remaining always closed, lashing out when anything or anyone encroaches

Facing madness if the feeling is to persist, searching for a release

Others will pay for the discomfort whether they be the cause or not

Why after being shown the correct path so many times, do we still stray

What brings about fear so influential that it transcends the wisdom of God

Our will is so strong, always probing for the familiarity of the past

Part of us resists change, we fear the unknown

We need turn our lives over to the care of God, faith will be the answer to our fear

With his strength and wisdom we can accept change

He gives us courage to continue to do his will for us

We need his wisdom to be able to discern his will from ours

Learn to listen to our inner voice, it does not lie

Still oft times the tightness inside will return

We will heed it as a warning, maybe something in us must be taken care of

Or perhaps it is something that must be endured so change may take place

It is not for us to know Gods' design, we are simply the tools that bring it about
