Don't
Patronize me,
Don't tell me things you think I want to hear.

Try
To understand,
I have feelings too, and I am not so easily taken hostage.
In the battle of wits you lose, I can see right through you.

To
Know nothing about me,
Yet assuming you know all,
Is a sin.
Listen I mean really listen to what I have to say.

Read
Nothing into it,
I will not shade or color things.
I will tell you exactly how I feel.
I am not a shy person,
And there are no hidden messages.

Between
Us there could be such a friendship,
If only you would give it a chance.
You too could see,
What I mean.

The
Sky is the limit.
The limit is endless,
Like a flowing stream.

Lines
Of communication,
Are welcomed.
