Your search sounds so painful
I’d help if that could be.
I’d hold your hand and pay the tolls
or shoulder your burdens, possibly.
You weep and you sit alone
but forgotten, I doubt you are.
The Lord made someone to care for you
Even if that person is afar.
That perfect love may not be lost
with loving patience, he’s still there.
His heart belongs to you, I’m sure
filled with the truest of love, deep and rare.
