The horizon tilted
And North became less true
Gravity released me
And my heart murmured.
A chasm gaped open;
The dreaded became,
Momentarily,
A certain truth.
Something slipped into the gap,
Unminded.
A slow, dark, creeping stain
Spread it's taunting taint.
Windows closed in
Pressing slivers of doubt
Into warm, soft flesh.
Bleed for me...?
Endless nausea.
Something has shifted.
