-Letter to the Maker-
Maker of my pain:
I must hide my sorrow.
This letter I send you
May bring you to a peaceful and forgiving state of mind.
I have seen all the qualities of life before me,
Mocking the very method in which I live.
My love couldn’t be real.
My wisdom couldn’t be much richer
And in result, the final insult
Is placed upon myself.
And now you ask for my elaboration,
My reasons to exist if life,
Takes so much inspiration from me
My consideration is stunted
By the sacred writing on the wall,
About the very life I had to live eternally.
But complaints will be the only response
As I find myself reluctant
To say goodbye to the world I knew.
And the hardest of all things:
To say goodbye to the very producer
Of my pain in his glory.
