BBQ Turkey Pita's

1 can      condensed tomato soup (10 3/4 ounces)
1/4 cup    water
2 tblsp     brown sugar
2 tblsp     vinegar
1 lb          cliced cooked turkey breast (fresh or deli style)
3              pita breads cut in 1/2 to form 6 pockets

In a medium skillet mix everything except the turkey and pitas
Over medium heat bring to boiling, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
Add turkey and heat  completely, spoon 1/2 cup turkey mixture into each pita 1/2 and serve
