Beef and Veggie Stir Fry

1/4 cup beef broth

2 tblsp soy sauce

1 tsp ground ginger <----mix well

1 clove garlic (finely chopped)

1 tblsp cooking oil

1 round steak (about 12 ounces) cut in thin strips heat oil and stirfry meat about 3 minutes on med-high heat set aside meat and cook veggies now, and broth mixture

1 medium red pepper cut into strips

1 medium green pepper cut into strips

1 cup thinly sliced celery

1 carrot thinly sliced

1/2 cup sliced green onion

2 cups bean sprouts (optional) cook about 4 minutes, add meat and (sprouts) stir fry about 2 minutes and serve with rice or chinese noodles
