Easy Meat Pie
1 lb lean ground beef (cooked and drained)
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 small onion chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp beef flavouring
1 double crust pie shell
mix all the ingredients together and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes until the crust is a golden brown serve with gravy or plain
