Low Fat Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup low fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup applesauce
3 Tblsp vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup chocolate chips
in a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients add all the liquid ingredients at the same time stir until moist and add chocolate chips spoon into lightly greased muffin pans and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned
