Oven Swiss Steak

1 large round steak cut into individual pieces

1/4 cup flour

1 tsp salt

2 tblsp oil

1 16 ounce can diced tomatoes

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped carrots

1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

mix all other ingredients together

pound steak to tenderize brown in fry pan with the oil when browned on both sides pour into lightly greased baking dish cover with tomato mixture bake covered at 350 degrees till tender about 1 1/2 hours serve with mashed potatoes or rice
