Pepper Steak

1 lb beef flank cut in strips

1 cup onion chopped

1 cup beef broth

salt and pepper to taste

3 Tblsp soy sauce

1 clove garlic chopped

2 green peppers sliced

1 small can diced tomatoes

1 Tblsp cornstarch

brown the steak strips and then add a small amount of water, cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until hot dissolve cornstarch in a bit of water and thicken the meal with it serve with steamed rice or mashed potatoes
