Pineapple Fluff Desert
1st layer:
1 3/4 cups vanilla wafer or graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup margarine (melted)
2 Tblsp brown sugar
mix well and pack into a 9 x 9 baking pan bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
2nd layer:
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar (icing sugar)
beat until light and fluffy spread over cooled crust
3rd layer:
1 cup pineapple (a small can will be fine)
1 cup whipping cream (whipped)
mix together and spread over the second layer
4th layer:
1/2 cup vanilla or graham crumbs
sprinkle over top of the desert and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
