1 lb. Beef fast fry minute steaks, cut into 2 pieces
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1-2 cloves garlic minced
1 3/4 cups of your favorite pasta sauce
1 cup shredded cheese mixture
(mozzarella,parmesan)
Brown steaks in a large oiled skillet, over medium/high heat for
about 2 minutes per side
Remove steaks and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium and add 2 Tblsp water, green pepper, onion,
and garlic cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in pasta sauce and simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
Add the steak to the sauce mixture, covering them with the sauce.
Sprinke the cheese over the steaks, cover and let simmer for 3 minutes
until the cheese melts.
Serve with pasta, rice, or salad.
Or serve over toasted bread for an open faced sandwich
