Stuffed Peppers
1 cup soggy bread crumbs
1 lb ground beef
3/4 lb ground pork
1 egg
1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1 Tblsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp parsley flakes
6 green peppers seeded and par-boiled for 10 minutes
mix together and fill peppers bake in covered dish with 1/2 water from the boiled peppers, let bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours
