Tomato Salad
2 cups chopped tomato (2 medium tomatoes)
1 cup red pepper chopped
1 cup yellow pepper chopped
1 cup onion chopped
3 Tblsp. fresh chopped basil
1 Tblsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice (bottled may be used)
pinch of black pepper
1 clove garlic peeled and minced
1 tsp dried oregano
mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour...serve with garlic bread or buns
