White Jello Cake
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup flour
1 Tblsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
mix all ingredients together and pour in greased 8 x 8 baking pan 375 degrees for 30 minutes
remove cake from oven and poke holes all over the cake with a fork
mix one small box flavored jello (gelatin) (cherry, orange, raspberry, etc) mix according to package directions and pour over top of the cake refridgerate for 3-4 hours and then top with whipped cream
