To access all the fighter jets, go to the Plane Selection Screen and enter
the following code;  left,left,right,down,up,down,right,select.  You will
hear a shout to confirm that the code was entered correctly.

To access all the missions do the following code;  choose Mission Select
from the Game Menu and press the following buttons in this order:
up,down,down,right,left,down,up,triangle.  Once you do this code you should
also hear a shout to confirm that this code was entered correctly.
