About ten thousand years ago, when the evil demon Kalvos was born from the power of Satán, the Sentinel was created from the Archives of the Heavens to destroy him. Since every person alive has a guardian Angel, and the Sentinel would soon be alive, she needed one too. This presented a problem for the Godlies, as Heaven-empowered beings of the Sentinel's magnitude sometimes call on the power of their guardians to help them, and there were almost no Angels strong enough to handle the task laid before the Sentinel. The Heavens and worlds were in a very troubled time then, and the Godlies had limited time to find a suitable guardian before Kalvos caused mass destruction. Time is an element that is in abundance to the Godlies, as they can control it to a degree, but they cannot stop it, and therefore Kalvos posed a threat to the Earth, and many other nearby worlds. The Godlies needed an Angel fast, and almost any with enough power would suffice.
Mueratè was an Angelyne (female Angel) and an Arch-Angel (war-wager against the hells), and she was totally out of control. Angels don't come from saints or virtuous human beings, but from the Heavens' Light; they come with the gods they represent. Well, Mueratè was totally against the rules, and the Godlies had no idea how to handle her.
Arch-Angels are expected to fight in an "Orderly, non-violent way," which of course is next to impossible to do. As Mueratè said, however, "Screw it." She kills her enemies with the same lack of mercy that they would show her. She loves to fight, steal, boast, and most other sins, including one which isn't anatomically possible for Angels in the first place. When bid by even her own God to desist in such demonly ways, she would say something like, "If I'm demonic then HELL no." Other Gods she would totally ignore. The Godlies were prepared to drop her to hell and declare her "fallen," when the Sentinel project was begun. After a few Heavenly Days (which are more like months), the Godlies had forgotten about Mueratè and were worried most about protecting the Sentinel. Then suddenly, almost in perfect unison, they all thought of the Angelyne Mueratè. She was placed on the next "soul train" to Earth.
At first, the Angelyne and the Sentinel didn't exactly hit it off. In fact, they close to hated each other. The Sentinel would tell Mueratè to "Stay up there and out of my way," and the Angelyne would oblige quite willingly by doing "more important things," often staying out of the range from which she could sense and protect the Sentinel. The Godlies were prepared to ship the Angelyne back up to the Heavens or perhaps down to Hell, when suddenly Kalvos dissapeared, and in light of this strange act, the Godlies held off. After a few hundred years, Kalvos was nowhere to be found, and so, to be energy-efficient, the Godlies sent both Sentinel and Angelyne to the Archives of the Heavens. Nine thousand years later, nothing had happened still, but the Godlies decided to send someone back to Earth to make sure. The Sentinel's existence wasted huge amounts of energy, so the Angelyne was sent instead. A year after the Angelyne's rebirth, Kalvos suddenly reemerged. The Sentinel, whom was being "updated" within the Archives of the Heavens, was immediately brought back to join the Angelyne. By pure chance, the Sentinel was reborn in the same town that the Angelyne had recently taken residence in. The two became best friends, not remembering their past differences.
