The guy still making appointments with his career advisor at the age of thirty could very easily be James. Despite having the capacity for long hours of work along with a good head on his shoulders, James will not commit to a specific career path until very late in life. There is a real danger that if James fails to cut his ties with his parents in any meaningful sense, he may well still be living at home at thirty, which will seriously hamper his attempts at self-definition or independence. Ultimately James will come to a decision about the direction he should be taking in life and catch up with his peers. However, in the case of the Piscean or Cancerian James, it may take a push from a close friend or relative.

Always ambitious, James is drawn to items that reflect material wealth and status, although he may not feel inclined to work toward them. James comes a long way as he matures. The Sowelu rune of wholeness takes him to a high level of responsibility and the Mannaz rune for self teaches James to stop blaming others for the weakness residing within himself. Creativity is central to James's life. Even if he is not an artist by profession, he is one by temperment. He must be surrounded by beauty, as he has a highly developed sense of aesthetics.
