Chili

 

1 lb ground beef

1 lg onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, crushed

3 Tbsp chili powder, preferably mexican or texas style

1 Tbsp cumin

2 (15 oz) cans lt red kidney beans

4 (15 oz) cans Hunts all natural stewed tomatoes, pureed

1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce

 

 

In large pot, brown meat with onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin. Add beans with liquid, pureed tomatoes, and Worchestershire sauce. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 1-3 hours.

Serve hot with cornbread.
