Baked Indian Pudding
1 quart milk
1/4 cup yellow
course corn meal
1/2 cup
molasses
1 egg
2 oz butter
1/2 cup
sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
Boil first 3
ingredients for about 15 minutes. Beat egg, butter, sugar and
cinnamon. Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking pan.
Bake in a 350F oven for 1 1/2 hours. Stir every 20 minutes. Top
each serving with vanilla ice cream. Makes 8 portions
