Been born 25 of April of 1883 in a small cossaks village of Kubán, began his career to fight in the czarist army as sergeant of cavalry, and continued serving, dark but heroic in the strings of this weapon during the Russian  - Japanese war, in 1905, and after during the World War I. 
Upon arriving the October Revolution of 1917, Budennyj was adhered to her enthusiastically, and two years afterwards were found in head of the cavalry division that was combatting against the general Wrangel and Denikin.  In 1919 entered in the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and in 1920s already form part already participates in in Central Committee.  In the course of the war against Poland was emphasized upon leading the operations of his army, victorious, until the Rumania frontier.   
General inspecting appointee of cavalry in 1923 (very loved by its troops), Budennyj it was ascended to marshal in 1935, and in 1937 obtained the command of the military region of Moscow.  In 1939 works as Defense Delegate. 
In 1941 corresponded to him the heavy load with directing the operations of the south front, that is to say, of rejecting the invasion of Ukraine.  Hi have not achieved to defend Kiev in spite of the orders of Stalin, it was relieved of their command in September of 1941and sent to Siberia to organize a reservation army.  In spite the rout in 
Ukraine, it did not fall in misfortune, since Stalin was professing to him a great respect and admiration.  In 1946 would be elected congressman by Ukraine in the Supreme Presidium.  It was rewarded in 1935, 1943 and 1945 with the Order of Lenin.  In 1958 was president of the Friendship Society Soviet - Mongólic.  Since then it occupied honorific charges.   
In 1967 began to write their Reports.  Expired in Moscow 27 of October of 1973.
