She is very talented young artist who has
seemed to capture the meaning of Angels and their spirit. The

you see here is an Angel comforting a soldier at the Viet Nam
War Memorial.
Another painting done by Ragen. This expresses the anguish of
a mother losing a child and the Angel taking the child to Heaven. This
painting was actually depicting the anguish of all the parents who lost
their children in the Oklahoma bombing but it expresses any
parent's anguish.
