Common verbs

(Note: there is no difference marked in a Cheyenne verb if the action occurs in the present time or near past. So a verb translated to English as 'He ate' can also mean 'He is eating.' Also there is no difference in the verb between 'he' and 'she'; 'she' is used in translations below if an action is usually done by a woman according to Cheyenne tradition.)
