This site is a compilation of information gathered from our team members. The webmaster cannot assure the accuracy of any of the information distributed on this site, since climbing difficulty and danger cannot be judged or rated by a single individual. Climbers vary in height, weight, experience, confidence and physical fitness. Consider that the information is objective and is not always absolute. Due to the nature of rock, holds break, also altering the route ratings. Bolts which are permanently placed in the rock should always be considered suspect due the weathering, age and the quality of the used metal. At no time should you put your life in the dependency that the information on this website is absolutely correct. Your safety depends on your own good judgment, based on experience and a realistic assessment of your climbing ability.

Indoor climbing is a different sport than outdoor climbing, each requiring their own techniques and safety procedures. While similarities may exist between the two sports, the objective dangers are quite different. Indoor rock gyms have pre-set anchors and fixed ropes and are great for increasing your climbing performance in a hurry. However rock gyms do not instruct on how to properly place gear for protection or setup a safe belay anchor causing an assuming climber to say "sure it will hold" not realizing how heavy a 2,000 pound shock load really is. The serious consequences of mistakes in either sports makes proper training mandatory.

Bouldering is a fantastic sport but each problem has a ground fall potential. Do not climb up something which you do not feel comfortable climbing back down. If you choose not to use a rope at least use a crash path, have one or two of your friends spot you to break your fall.

Remember that the nice thing about climbing, the balance between your mind and body is.
