Wolfwood Castle

Life as a Kin of the Silver Fangs, especially one from as prestigious a family as yours is, isn't easy. You're constantly watched and tested, both to live up to the legends of your tribe and to watch for signs of the Wyrm inside your hearts.
You didn't just endure this; you thrived on it. When puberty came and went, and you didn't Change, the Fangs of your sept were disappointed, but you still held out great promise. You were strong, healthy, and of a pure bloodline. Surely, your children would breed true, even if you didn't.
Then, one day in high school, you were in an accident. You're fine now, but you were injured horribly. As a result, you're permanently sterile.  While a Gift or Ritual or some other bit of Garou magic might be able to heal this, you never heard of it, and overnight, the Fangs seemed to decide that you were somehow... worthless. You weren't a changer, and you couldn't breed, so you were suddenly persona non grata.
Needless to say, you didn't take this well. Your upbringing made you very proud of who you are and what you and your family stand for, and to have it all taken away like it had never meant anything... it would've been kinder if they'd just killed you.
You don't plan to stand for that. You stepped up your training, talking Theurges out of the information you needed and studying anything you thought might prove useful. You graduated from high school near the top of your class, and, after nearly isolating yourself and training to the brink of decimation, you vanished from the sept. You'll come back one day, and you'll have proof that you're as good as any Fang. You're not sure what that is, but you'll find it somehow...

“She found herself in Boston. She'd traveled so far, so long…now it was time to get down to business. There was promise here. She enrolled in Harvard Medical School, gaining acceptance easily from her Russian nationality, only being a citizen of the U.S. for a few years. She knew plenty of English though, the Fang elders had been careful to educate their charges in most of the major languages, or attempt to. She'd spent many of her years visting family and on political embassy in America, taking to the culture well. She picked up on this one quickly. To her advantage, She had also been quite successful in her schooling, her high school years being drawn in a prestigious academy, Silver Fangs accepting no less from their offspring. Many of the other Kin in her Sept also held various important positions in the government and other fields, though some were still in Russia and the surrounding countries, many also held prestigious positions in the rest of Europe and the United States. Money wasn't a problem. Never had been, for her family. Comes with the territory. Her blue-blood was obvious to both humans and Garou, she held herself as such, always considering to have just as much potential as any Full-blooded Garou, if not more. Harvard would help her prove that. She would return to her pack's home near St. Petersburg with a full degree and perhaps some new battle scars to prove it. Perhaps in this field she would also discover something to aid her most degrading asset, to heal and make her whole and…useful…again. Perhaps something to aid the Shifters, as it had been drilled from her realization of kinship that it was her duty in life, to make herself useful. The Fangs weren't ones to give themselves up easily. And neither was she. The future would be bright with promise and interest, she'd make sure of it.
