Later on I sort of forgot about that because I started getting more and more interested in calling BBS's. Lots of BBS's have ascii collections and are sometimes running in ascii mode. I also met one guy (in my bbs) who made ascii and he made a BBS addy for me. I also started trying to make a BBS addy for me but I suck in making ascii and now i'm not so active in making ascii art. When I started to get interested in the net again I thought that I would make my page fully in ascii because that way my page would load much faster, look cool, and be unique (well I haven't seen another site that is made fully in ascii). My page isn't really special (atleast not yet) but my intention really was just to make a site fully in ascii and I have accomplished that. Well sort of, this site works atleast with Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.01, but this doesn't work in Netscape Navigator 3 or Arachne. I hope that this works in newer versions of Netscape and that the maker(s) of Arachne add the "<_TEXTAREA_>" command to their browser. I hope that other people will start making ascii homepages and keep the ascii scene alive. [ ascii logo by phobia, hope you don't mind me using it :) ]
