Competition: Sorry girls, it would seem that this king already has a queen in mind SIGH!. Unless you can figure out a way to change the destiny he has with Kanzaki Hitomi, I'm afraid your chances are close to zero. And if you do manage, there's also the problem with a certain overprotective and overaffectionate catgirl who will annoy you and definitely give you a run for your money.

Name:Himura Kenshin/ Shinta/ Hitokiri Battousai("Sword Wielding Killer")/ Himura Battousai
Age: 28
Occupation: Former body guard/ assassin during the "Bakumatsu No Douran", a revolutionary upheaval that occured during the end of the Edo era. After the revolution, he decided to become a "korosazu no rurouni" (a wanderer who does not kill), travelling all over Japan in order to repent for all the people he killed during the war.
Status:According to the anime I watched so far, Kenshin himself stated that he is single. BUT the manga has revealed that Kenshin was married back when he was still known as Hitokiri Battousai... and for reasons still unrevealed, he was probably responsible for her death.
Assets Oroo... Very kind hearted, very sweet, very polite, strong sense of honour due to his strict Samurai beliefs... and get this girls! He does housework WITHOUT complaint! You name it! Laundry, cooking, baby-sitting! Not to mention his amazing fighting skills and such wisdom for someone his age, just gives you an idea on all the stuff he's gone through.
Liabilities: Well... there is always the perpetual surprise that someone from his past will show up to get revenge... not to mention those psychos who want a piece of him to claim the title as the one who defeated the great "Hitokiri Battousai." He can be a little clueless sometimes and annoyingly over-polite... And when he uses that psychology thing to stump you! But the most annoying thing about him is that as soon as you think that you know everything about him, you only realize that you know nothing at all!
Competition: Well there's Megumi who's got the hots for Ken-san. But you're biggest competitor is Kamiya Kaoru, whom he had sworn to protect with his life. Though neither hasn't shown any intentions of furthering their relationship than the way it is, its obvious that these two has already developed a strong sense of dependence on each other. AND your 17-year-old rival is the master of the "Kamiya Kasshinryu" sword technique. So you better practice those moves on the shinai and bokutou to get passed this very head strong young dojo owner!

Show: Fushigi Yuugi

Assets Kind hearted, strong sense of dedication to his country, and very honourable.
Liabilities: A tad bit vain, but that's part of his charm. ^_^. And if you don't mind being a step mom...
Competition: Weell... He is married, but the wife don't say much, even had only one cameo appearance. And Nuriko would probably give you an evil eye or two.

Assets Smart, strong, brave, loyal, quick thinking, and well....
Liabilities: Does he have any?
Competition: Some say none, while other people (including me-nikita) say Allura, Princess of planet Arus. Now she's a tough chica, so I think he might be pretty unavalible!

Show: Nighthood (Based on the works of Maurice LeBlanc)
Name: Arsene Lupin
Age: 30-something?
Occupation: First Class Theif
Status: Single
Assets Mysterious, master of disguise, very intelligent, resourceful, wealthy, a gentleman. Think of him as a cross between a modern Robin Hood and red-haired James Bond (minus the gadgets and the women). It also doesn't help that he's a sexy French guy (though of course you wouldn't really notice if you watch the english dubbed version).
Liabilities: Very unpredictable. Very difficult to catch up with him. And a fugitive of the law.
Competition: Well, if he didn't choose to live the life he lives and she the life she lives, this Frenchie would probably marry American reporter Kelly Kincaid. But since fate keeps them apart in an arms length relationship-wise, you go girl!
