
26th April 97 : 90005 "Financial Times" at Euston.
In original condition, albeit now named, 90005 is seen at London Euston on a Glasgow bound train.
21st June 97 : The new order - 90015 at London Euston.
A splash of colour at Euston, 90015 is a spare loco at the London terminus.
25th August 90 : 90022 at Wolverhampton.
Prior to the introduction of push-pull services, Wolverhampton was a stabling point for spare
locomotives, such 90022 as seen here.
10th September 94 : 90023 in RfD sector markings at Newcastle on a railtour.
Hertfordshire Railtours' "The Blythe Spirit III" is seen at Newcastle where the Class 90 was swapped
for a Class 56.
23rd June 90 : 90036 at Northampton.
The freight owned Class 90/s are now classified as 90/1 (numbered 90126 to 90150). When built, they were
numbered as 90026 to 90050. Photographs of them on passenger workings and as 90/0's are quite rare as some were
renumbered very soon after introduction.
23rd June 90 : 90043 on a Motorail train at Northampton.
One of 90043's first outings is captured on film at Northampton. In freight colours, on a passenger train and numbered
90043 makes this a very rare photograph indeed!
1st June 95 : 90132 "Cerestar" in RfD livery.
A freightliner service passes through the centre road at Northampton.
1st September 91 : 90137 atthe diesel depot of Worksop.
One of the exhibits at Worksop depot open day is a somewhat out-of place 90137.
