i've always loved peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. heheh. in fact, i've practically made a hobby of eating them. theres certain specifics u have to pay attention to if u want to make/eat/enjoy a peanut butter and jelly sandwich just right.

make:
u need to have yr fave kind of bread, jelly, and peanut butter to make a sandwich good. i prefer 'home pride' wheat bread, any kind of crunchy peanut butter, and 'welches' grape jelly. it's best if u put the jelly on first, that way it's easier to clean the butter knife and u only have to use one (and u wont get peanut butter in the jelly from doing it vice versa). then the peanut butter. personally, i prefer to have a somewhat think coat of both so the whole flavor isn't bread taste dominated. the only problem i have is getting too much jelly on it and having it drip off the sides.

eat:
now there are two ways to do this. either u leave the sandwich whole or u cut it.
when i decide to leave it whole i usually hold my sandwich w/ my right hand. the first bite (for maximum taste) should be taken from the upper left hand corner. now, i can see that this could present a problem for ppl who eat their sandwhiches left handed and u'll have to work it out the best u can (u could try using both hands =)). the next bite should be from the upper middle part and the following from the upper right part. always make sure yr taking yr bites from the top. i suggest continuing like this until u have about one row of bites left along the bottom crust. then u can switch hands and the first bite of this step should be the lower right corner. take these bites from the side. continue like thi so that yr last bite is the lower left part. yummy!
if i cut my sandwich its totally different. after trying various ways i found that triangles taste best. if u use a butter knife and cut from one corner to its diagnal u'll have four triangles. the first triangle to eat is the top right one. for all triangles take the first bite from the center point. it's the best part! make sure center bites are taken from the top. next, take a side bite from whichever side u want. i personally like the right side first. after u finish yr first triangle u should eatthe upper left triangle in the same fashion. when that one's done eat the bottom left triangle and finish w/ the bottom right triangle. tasty!

enjoy:
when u decide to eat a wonderful peanut butter and jelly sandwich u should always make it a great experience. my major suggestion is to have a glass of cold milk to help wash away the sticky peanut butter. but if yr not the milk person water does good or a juice that matches yr jelly flavor. also, make sure yr comfortable where yr eating. no need to be cramped while trying to enjoy yr sandwich. make sure u can stretch a bit and be realxed. peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are ment to be enjoyed, not eaten to fill yr stomach! =)
