This is the bit about me
About me
I live in Sheffield, which is a biggish city in England, but right next
to some really great country-the 'Peak District'. This area is full of
Ancient British sites like stone circles. It also has a fair number of
good pubs,where you can still get traditional Real Ale- a lot different
from the fizzy lagers brewed by the multinationals.
What I do
As far as work is concerned, I'm a herbalist & therapist, and I'd really
like to hear from people involved in these areas. I also offer meditation
workshops, which are a broad-based introduction to different types of meditation.

5675 for details. The sort of therapy I do is called 'Selfheal
' and is based on the work of Em Edmondson & Nick Totton who are
based in Leeds,England. Mixture of Neo-Reichian and Process work- and a

taking herbs from all over.
Spiritual Stuff
As you may have gathered from the stuff about stone circles, I'm interested
in Earth Energies. But also in Osho, sufism, paganism,
Zen,
Tao,
Buddhism and Dances of Universal Peace.
