BIG GIRLS DON'T CRY
As you may or may not know, J.R. and I do alot of skating. We skate up at McIntire Park in Charlottesville, blah, blah, blah, we go there a couple times a week. Anyways, last time that we went down, J.R. was working on the ramps as usual, always trying to land a different trick. Well, this time it was a 2 1/2 foot ramp, a cone, a wooden saw-horse, and a 6 foot watercone that they put in the highway. She had done this many times before, only this time, she attempted to do a 180 spin before landing. Unfortunately, J.R. isn't as graceful as we'd like to think that she is, and busted her ass on the tennis courts. Now about big girls not crying, as much pain as she was, and how much she told me that she wanted to cry, she didn't cry, why? Because she said that she didn't want to cry in front of the guys for fear that they might call her a little girl that couldn't put up with the pain. So, next time that you see a girl skating, who falls, and is afraid to cry for fear of who is going to see them. Think of how much they actually hurt, and tell them it's ok to cry, but if they don't want to, they don't have to.

FCHS: Is the class of 2002 ready?
Hmm...another year of school, new classes same friends. Always someone to give you a pat on the back or get answers to the homework from. But this year, it's different, you're at the high school, and you're the youngest this time, and nobody knows you this time, and you don't know anybody. The classes are all mixed grades, which makes it even more confusing. So, if you are going into the 9th grade next year at FCHS, send me an email about how/why you are going to make it, or how/why someone else just won't cut it.

DEATH: MY VIEWS
People talk about death like it's a thing that is never gonna happen to them. They're always like, "yeah, I'm going to my aunt's funeral, she died yesterday." with barely a feeling in their heart. Because even as you are saying that, you are dying. Physically and mentally, I mean, why are we put on this earth? Is there some special purposen to why we are here? Some people say that God has some big plan for us all, but what about the people that die homeless or on drugs? Was that planned? Or are we just an accident, a freak of nature, and we don't go anywhere when we die? Who knows? If you have any feelings, or what you think might be answers. Email me
