MISTIERS: Kris Newton TITLE: Cyberpage agency services and The Prayer List by Cyberpage agency services and John Austin, respectively. CHARACTERS: Mike and the bots SUMMARY: Cyberpage Agency Services: Web page for a lame web host. Explains the concept of selling web space and other web MLM stuff. The Prayer List: Holy of Holies John Austin explains why God doesn't mind his chain letter scam, because it has an option for prayer and makes extensive use of the number seven. CATAGORIES: Web Page, spam HOST SEGMENTS: Pre-story: Tom fills his head with gumballs. Chaos ensues. Post-story: Tom starts "Servology," a religion in which you give Tom Servo money or he prays for lightning to strike you. It is a financial success. REFLECTIONS: This is probably my best MSTing. Both of the features really annoyed me, so I think that helped. The Prayer List had me a little worried: religious stuff is always tricky. You don't want to offend people, but you don't want to wimp out and leave big stretches of unriffed and ridiculous text. I think I was successful, but it took some time to get it right.
