Want to beat the IRS and pay no more?  Ask this guy.  It's a pathetic money-making scheme that
offers a pamphlet on how to avoid paying taxes.

HOST SEGMENTS:
The first host segment has Tom and Crow playing Cowboy and Indian.  Don't ask me where I got
the idea from, it just came to me.

The last segment has Tom urging Mike to try and "Beat the IRS".  Instead, he's almost arrested
until he realizes that it's Dr. Forrester's voice who's the officer.  Then, Dr. Forrester
himself is arrested for attempting to "Beat the IRS"

REFLECTIONS:
This is my second attempt at Deep 13 with Dr. Forrester.  The ending scene was my revenge on
Forrester for his cruelty to Joel, Mike, Tom and Crow.  I noticed in the Poopie! tape that
there in fact were two officers earlier in the series.  I have no clue which ep tho.
