Remember Neuron?  This is his "Declaration of War" on the RATMM newsgroup.

HOST SEGMENTS:
In the first host segment, Mike and the bots are surfing the internet and cause the lights to
go down all over the SOL

In the last host segment, Crow asks Neuron to visit the SOL for a talk on his posting.  In the
middle of the talk, Neuron stops, says he needs some cake, and leaves.

Meanwhile, in Deep 13, Dr. Forrester is talking to Neuron, who takes control of Deep 13, and
acquires Q-Ball as his sidekick.

REFLECTIONS:
Of all my MiSTings, this got the greatest feedback.  Everyone loved this one, I guess because
Neuron needed it.  I did it, because I got tired of hearing all of the hypocritical things he
kept saying.  This MiSTing is one of the real reasons I do it, it's great satire and seems to
have a purpose.

This is also the first MiSTing I've done with Dr. Forrester in it.  Who better to team him up
with, than Neuron?
