Reflections: This fanfic was chock-full of weird little quirks. Wu wrote it as a film script, with plenty of references to music, lighting, etc. But this also lead him to explain scenes, and their outcomes, before actually showing the scenes. Very bad when you're trying for suspence. He also seems to have an aversion to certain words--the, and, a. The ship was always 'Enterprise,' not 'the Enterprise,' even when the word 'the' was needed. I have a fairly good sense of grammar, so it was *very* hard not to commit all sorts of grammar flames. Still, it wasn't a particularly badly-written fanfic. Just...dull. And unimaginative. Hey, they can't *all* be as bad as Ratliff. Chronological Notes: During Season 7, but before ep. 706.
