Ingredients:
1 pie crust
2 eggs
2 cups of pumpkin
¾ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon cloves
2 ¾ cups evaporated Milk
Heat oven to 425 F (adjust for your own oven).
Beat the eggs slowly with a rotary beater, and then beat in the rest of the ingredients.
Pour the Mixture into the pie shell.
Bake the pie for 15 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 350 F. Bake it for an addition tim of 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool the pie and If desired serve it with sweetened whipped cream.
