This is our first trip to the Singapore Botanical Gardens. Talk about lush... it was fantastic to see all plants/trees. Ok, that was until it started to rain that is. We took shelter for half an hour then it stopped so we all moved on. Started to spit again, then it got heavier so we took shelter among the trees under Janice's umbrella. No problem at this stage, but then the heavens opened up, the lightening and thunder started and we got soaked. The rain was so heavy it came through the umbrella. Oh well, at least it was warm.
