The Royal Horticultural Society The place to find out about all your garden questions. We always go here if we have a problem we can't solve. Try it - it's British and a World beater!
Gardening Landscapes UK/European garden links Dedicated to UK/European gardening sites, with links to sites such as the Edinburgh Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew Gardens and other useful info like a database and educational facilities.
The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Visit the gardens at Kew and Wakehurst, search the collections, learn about conservation and many other subjects. The Royal Botanic Gardens are trying to foster better management of the environment by understanding the plant kingdom.
The Internet Directory for Botany This site is managed by the Finnish Museum of Natural History and has masses of botanical information.
UK Garden Centres A search site for, as the name suggests, a lot of garden centres in the UK. You are requested to add yours if you wish.
The English Travel and Tourism Index. A Links site for info on regions and towns. You can add a siye if you wish and it is relevant.
The National Trust Official On-line Web Site The National Trust is a charitable organisation that look after 1000 ancient monuments, over 200 historic houses, 160 gardens and many others. They look after and conserve the countryside and coastline. A good site for those visiting from abroad.
The Peak District of Derbyshire A business and information service about the North of Derbyshire maintained by the Norh Derbyshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Derby Tourist Information Web site All about Derby and the surrounding area.
The Home of Robin Hood A site for Nottingham and North Nottinghamshire run by the North Nottinghamshire Training and Enterprise Council.
The UK Travel Guide This site has everything you want to know about travel to the UK. There is and A-Z guide, an interactive map of the UK and a separate guide to London.
