Section 1: General Personality Characteristics
Sun in Libra:
Harmony and balance are your keynotes. You instinctively
understand the need to accommodate other peoples' interests and
desires, and you are always fair and willing to meet the other
person half way. Tactful, diplomatic, and with considerable
social awareness, you do all you can to avoid conflict and
discord. You express a spirit of cooperation and compromise and
often achieve through charm and discretion what would have been
impossible to achieve by a direct, forceful approach.
Getting along with others and pleasing them may be TOO
important to you, for you can be too dependent on others'
approval and opinions to make your own decisions. You will
rarely act without getting the counsel and feedback of other
people. You prefer sharing and doing things together rather than
on your own. Being alone feels very unnatural to you, and you
have a strong need for a partner and intimate one-to-one
relationships.
You invest a great deal of your energy in personal love and
you are very idealistic and romantic about marriage. You seek a
partner who is your equal intellectually, and who is capable of
a mental relationship as well as a physical and emotional one.
You make a thoughtful, considerate friend or lover, and you
enjoy the traditional symbols of love - courtship, flowers, etc.
Relationships are like an art to you, one that requires time,
attention, and creative effort. You appreciate a partner who is
subtle and polished, never coarse or dull or blunt.
Fairness and equality, both in your personal life and in the
world, are extremely important to you. If you fight about
anything, it is often about something you feel is unfair and
unbalanced. Balance is very important to you and you believe in

any sort.

Never satisfied with the face value of anything, you are
always probing beneath the surface for deeper reasons and hidden
motives - though you rarely reveal your own. You have a very
suspicious, even paranoid, side. You mind is penetrating and
deep and you have an aptitude for research, investigative
reporting, or private investigation. You are keenly interested
in the deeper aspects of the human psyche, with a sort of "x-ray
vision" regarding the inner motivations and intentions of
others. You are drawn to anything secret, hidden, or mysterious,
and may pursue esoteric or occult studies. You are also a
forceful and convincing speaker or writer, with the ability to
influence peoples' thinking by the sheer power of your
conviction.
Section 3: Emotions: Moods, Feelings, Romance
Venus in Libra:
You possess the gifts of tact, courtesy, consideration, and
a strong desire to please and understand your love partner.
Because you value harmony so much, you will compromise a great
deal to avoid any discord or conflict. You do not like to dwell
on controversial or emotionally difficult subjects, and often
try to "smooth things over" or "sweep them under the rug".
In love, you want an intellectual peer, an equal, and a
friend. You are attracted to people who have a certain finesse,
delicacy, and subtlety. You appreciate good manners and
refinement and are not happy with a coarse, blunt type of
person.
Venus Conjunct Neptune:
You are very romantic, idealistic, and imaginative about
love. You yearn for your "true love" or "soul mate" and may
become disappointed in others who never quite live up to your
dream image of the perfect lover. You frequently fantasize about
love and often fall in love with someone you can only love from
afar. You may avoid making a definite personal commitment.
Gentle and sensitive, you do not like to be approached in a very
direct or aggressive manner. You are attracted to those with
artistic or mystical inclinations.
Section 4: Drive and Ambition: How You Achieve Your Goals
Mars in Cancer:
You avoid direct confrontation as much as possible and are
uncomfortable with aggressiveness, competition, and personal
power. Your ego drive is not very strong and you are not
especially ambitious or eager to push your way to the top. You
may feel inadequate in situations that call for strong, forceful
action. The only instance in which you will really fight is when
you feel your loved ones, or something dear to you, is being
harmed, for then you are a fierce defender. You have a very
strong protective side. You act on impulse and instinct and may
lash out at anyone you perceive as threatening to your home or
family. However, you will rarely initiate a confrontation. Your
goals also tend to be very personal and centered around family
closeness and inner satisfaction rather than worldly
achievement.
You are sensitive to stress and do not handle a
high-pressured, competitive atmosphere very well. You are very
touchy, irritable, and difficult to live with when there are
many demands or tensions at work. Your energy level is
inconstant and is very much dependent upon the emotional harmony
(or lack of it) in your home. A supportive partner is of great
benefit to you in helping you achieve your goals and desires.
Mars Conjunct Saturn:
You are very serious about reaching your goals and feel that
keeping your nose to the grindstone is the only way to do it.
Hard work, persistent effort, and concentration upon a single
objective are the ways you achieve your aims in life. You
exercise great self-control, even self-denial, in order to
accomplish what you desire. You meet obstacles stoically and
will struggle patiently through difficult circumstances. You
feel that you must rely on yourself alone, that it's all on your
shoulders, and you can be a harsh disciplinarian, expecting far
too much from yourself and others. Often you hold yourself back,
doubting your own power and ability. You may feel that you meet
great resistance whenever you try to assert yourself or take
initiative, and that is very frustrating to you. However, you
have the power of endurance and a dogged determination to
overcome all obstacles.
