"I know what you must be thinking! Poor little rich girl. What does she know about misery?"

In the beginning, there was me. Me and only me. I was born on May 29, 1978. 18 years later, I graduated from Westwood High School. Class of 1996! Woohoo! Having spent all of my life in Central Texas, I really wanted out. But that didn't happen. It was time for me to face the real world. I did not pursue college right after I graduated, but instead got a job, more like several jobs. In the fall of 1997, I decided I better get on with my life and I enrolled in some classes at Austin Community College. I thought it would be a great cheap school, but it wasn't. It reminded me way too much of high school, which I didn't have the perfect attendance record for to begin with. I also didn't like being in classes where I already knew what they were talking about. I mean, come on. Even though I must admit, I had absolutely no idea what was going on in Calculus. But that's beside the point. I withdrew from Austin Community College due to attendance (can't say I didn't warn them!), and I started working full-time. After several jobs, I discovered, through a freakish accident, that I had epliepsy. It's all alright at the moment, and I hope that it stay this way. Right now I am working part-time for a Student Loan Corporation. Easy job, great people. And again, I'm signing up for classes at Southwest Texas for the fall, let's hope I go this time!
