During vacation break in the middle of Feb 1998, I made a decision to take control of my life. My first step was to feel better about myselfby improving the way I looked. I was in Toronto, I weighed 185 lbs, with a belly and lovehandles. I wore size 36 pants. And I didn't like the way I looked.
 
Inspiration
I knew that I wanted to change, and when I looked for information on how to do it, Muscle Media Magazine guided me at the pace that I felt comfortable with. Proper supplementation and a sensible nutrition and exercise plan was difficultto stick to, but I gave myself a challenge: 4 monthes to go from a 25% bodyfat to less than 10%, closer to 8% bf. I started 01MAR98.
 
So hungry!
Man, did it take a lot of willpower to not eat junk food! I did it all cold turkey as well. Sunday was the only time I could eat anything I want; my cheat day. I couldn't afford all the supplements and groceries to eat healthy, so I did something pretty drastic and extreme: I livedon supplements like meal replacements and pills,with maybe a whole food meal a day. But I did eat,or drink, 6 times a day so my body was always fed.My stomach shrunk, and I ate less on my cheat day because I would be full after half a bag of chips.
