HIV Positive Services Coalition
arumah means Meeting Place and was formed in 1989 with the intent
of providing a comfortable, safe environment for positive people to
meet and provide support for each other.This extends not only to positive people but to their families, partners and friends.
We aim to:
- reduce the isolation of people affected by the virus
- eliminate prejudice
- reduce stigmatisation and discrimination often felt by people living with HIV/AIDS
