Minardi- lets just say they usally start at the back. Arrows- a different colour but still near the back. Frost- gone down hill since last season. Benneton- Thay might come in the top 6, one race maby. Sauber- Now where getting better, a light sauber Tyrell- In the 99 season there not even in F1. I think ive said enough. Williams- Used to have the best car, now look. Stewart- improving, they'll win one day. Ferrari- good drivers but car not fats enough. Jordan- Improving every season, will Hill get a win?
