A cold hard fact is that the Super Bowl is the biggest television event of the year. Billions of people watch it all around the US and the world. Football is America's biggest spectator sport well exceeding baseball, hockey, or soccer as America's pastime. It is a very complex game of stradegy some compare it a huge life size game of chess. In order to fully enjoy the game you must understand the basic rules and concepts of the game. I hope this site did a very good job in helping you understand the game much better. Mind you this only the basics of the game. I have been playing football for almost 16 years seven of which I played with organized teams of little league and high school. I have been watching footall on all levels all my life and I still don't know everything about the game. Most of what you learn from the game comes through experience in watching it educatedly. So I hope this site gave you the education and produce a desire to learn more about the biggest sport in America today.
