BIRCFL Draft Pool



This draft pool is the draft for the upcoming draft to disperse most of the players that will be available in the league.
The main thing to look for here is EN, no matter how high your players stats are, the lower your EN the more likely your player will fade in the fourth quarter!
Next to each position is what to look for each position. The higher the number the better
Quarterbacks - ST, HA, IN, DI.
Running Backs - HBs(Halfbacks) and FBs(Fullbacks) need SP, HA, and ST.
Receivers - WRs(Wide Receivers) need HA, SP, and AG. TEs(Tight Ends) need HA, ST, and AG.
Kickers - ST and DI.
Offensive Line - Cs(Centers) need HA, ST, and AG. Ts(Tackles) need ST, AC, and AG. Gs(Guards) need ST, and AG.
Defensive Line - DEs(Defensive Ends) need AC, AG and ST. DTs(Defensive Tackles) need AG and ST.
Linebackers - SP, ST, HA, and IN.
Defensive Backs - S(Safties) need SP, HA, AG, and IN. CBs(Cornerbacks) need SP, AG, HA, and IN.
Punters - ST and DI

These explanations come from the instructions of the sim I'm using, Frontpage Football Pro '98, so credit is going to Sierra!
SP - Speed: How fast the player can run.
AC - Acceleration: How fast the player can achieve his top speed from a standing start.
AG - Agility: How well the player changes directions or leaps.
ST - Strength: How strong the player is (making or breaking tackles, blocking, etc.)
HA - Hands: How well the player uses his hands (catching passes, avoiding fumbles, etc.)
EN - Endurance: How well the player resist injury and fatigue.
IN - Intelligence: How well the player interprets events and uses that information.
DI - Discipline: How well the player performs under pressure or avoids mistakes.
