You can receive Jesus as your personal Saviour and as the Lord of your life right now, just ask him. Your prayer should be similar to this one:

"Lord Jesus, I have sinned and I know that I need you. I believe you are the Son of God who come as a man to pay the penalty of our sins. I believe you are the Son of God who died on the cross, to pay the penalty of my sins, was buried and rose again. And I now receive you as my Saviour from sin and as the ruler of my life. I believe that you will give me eternal life. Thank you."
